This was intentional and not among those mistake shots that comes out well.

Though it wasn't a good quality camera used and even without much help of photoshop I came out with a shot that was made up... 

Now let's analyse

It is obvious that the make-up artist is still busy with the model

The model knows what position to take while the MUA gets busy with tying her hair.

This shot has spoken more than the model's face - BEAUTY

The second picture shows the model pretty face and how the makeup came out at all...
